What to pack for a trip to the Colombian Caribbean

Before traveling to the Colombian Caribbean, pack light: breathable clothes, biodegradable sunscreen (mandatory on some islands), comfortable walking shoes and a light raincoat for the afternoon showers.

Remember to bring your ID for flights and boat transfers, and book tours to the cays early, as they tend to sell out in high season.
